The special HPL series enhances their strength, making them even more robust than the strongest alternatives.

Gates BFL Series Flat Polyurethane Belts are manufactured in standard configurations, encompassing 5 different thicknesses, 3 distinct raw material options, and 5 varied cord options. This product line offers versatility and is particularly well-suited for lifting and elevator applications that demand rapid movement and high power. In comparison to rope systems, these belts mitigate wear on drums due to their polyurethane support, exhibit no breaks or cracks with their pre-tensioned structure, are immune to corrosion with their closed design, and boast low service requirements. Their gripping surface enables them to accommodate smaller diameters on the drive drum without slipping, resulting in power and energy savings.
